Should I water my lawn before aeration?
For plug aeration, yes - water your lawn one or two days before your aeration. Also mark or flag any sprinkler heads that are not along the edges of the lawn. Heads out in the middle are the ones our technicians cannot see, and marking them is what keeps them from being damaged. Liquid aeration needs no plugs, no sprinkler flags and no pre-soaking.
